Sometimes the very best stays at hotels or resorts are the ones that remain in our memories long after we’ve returned home.  That certainly holds true for the four days my husband and I enjoyed at Les Trois Erables…  We had serene sleeps, a peaceful room to return to at day’s end, and superlative breakfasts every morning.
