Reservations
We follow up on all reservations by phone at which time we will take some general information (e.g., arrival time, food allergies) to ensure that we are prepared to provide maximum hospitality for your stay. We understand that unforeseen events arise, and so we will provide full refunds, less a $30 per room/per night administration fee, for cancellations made more than seven days in advance of the reserved date. Cancellations made seven days or less will be subject to the full charge of the room unless we are able to rent the room, in which case we will provide a full refund less the administration fee. Different rules apply for group reservations (three rooms or more) – please call for details. This policy does not apply to reservations made online – please deal with the relevant booking agency.
Check-in/check-out times
Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 each day and we will be available to greet you at that time. Contactless self check-in is available any time, and if that suits information will be provided to you before your arrival (e.g. door code, and other useful information). During your stay, we are always reachable by text message for any question you may have or concierge service you may need. Check-out time is 11:00.
Rates
Our rates are based on double occupancy. Additional persons will be charged a supplement of $50 each per night. We require a minimum stay of two nights, but one night is permitted when available with payment of an additional $30.
Breakfast
For the time being, we are not offering our hot breakfasts in the dining room. Exceptions can be made for groups that occupy the entire house. We understand that our breakfasts are a part of the experience at Les Trois Erables, however, and so we continue to offer our popular and stylish boxed breakfasts “to go” with juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, home-baked goods, egg dish and more. Cost is $22 per person for a full breakfast ($12 per person for a small breakfast). Breakfast can be enjoyed anywhere you like – on our porch, in the gardens or in your room. And complimentary coffee is always available in your room!
Children
We strive to be an adult-oriented establishment that offers a tranquil and relaxing environment for our guests, and so we must advise that children under 16 are not allowed.
Pets
We love pets, but out of concern for our guests who may suffer from allergies, we must advise that pets are not allowed.
Smoking
We are a no-smoking establishment.
Hygiene
All rooms and common areas are deep-cleaned before your check-in, using disinfectants on all surfaces and door handles. We do not enter your room during your stay unless there is an emergency, but we leave fresh towels etc for you outside your room. Hepa filter air purifiers are located in all rooms. We do ask that you remove your shoes at the entrance.
