Each of our guest rooms is named for a key historical figure or thing associated with the house or the community – you’ll learn more when you come! We have two smaller rooms for the more budget-conscious, and three larger rooms that you can spread out in or that can accommodate more than two persons if you wish. All our rooms are designer chic, but each one is unique. Each has a different feel decorated with a style all its own. And all have their own en suite designer bathrooms – what you would expect of a four-star boutique inn. Guests also have complete access to the common areas on the main floor. There is a stately parlour where you can read, play the piano, engage in conversation or just relax to quiet music. A guest kitchen is available where you can drink, eat, work or play games. You will have at your disposal a fridge and a microwave oven to keep or heat your food and drinks. Complementary coffee, tea, soft drinks are available – and, of course, Shana’s homemade cookies that guests rave about! Finally, of course, the magnificent porch is a big attraction, and guests have full use of the beautiful gardens outside where many chairs are placed for you to relax.
